Strange report from CPU meter

Yes my skin is using intensive (hugely) drawing but 2.4 fps is weird and little abusive
video @ 55.8fps (when set to 30 in settings and a 29.97fps video loaded not playing)
where 1352.7 theorical is ... really weird and mainly erroneous
everything with 35.7% CPU (global)
Why the hell do the 64.3% remaining CPU power is not used ?
Sure this extra CPU power as well as the extra (GPU?) one used for video would be usefull to draw skin faster in some way

Which skin did you use?
Did you use the 64-bit version?
Does experimentalSkinEngine make a difference?
Which cpu do you have?
Note that with multi-core cpus windows reports system cpu usage as total over all cores.
So on a quad core, 25% might mean 1 core is fully occupied.

I know this is extremely uggly, verry high power consuming and not so much power present but i'm in "still usable" range

Did you use the 64-bit version? yes VDJ-64 b6042 (because of stems needed)
Does experimentalSkinEngine make a difference? yes, incontrovertibly
- video 30fps as expected ( >900 theorical)
- skin up to 75fps with no track loaded only 2 extra windows, 50 fps when loaded, 24fps playing which is usable
- when all 8 video windows are open (everything empty, video not activated) skin 60fps system 11%
- when all 8 video windows are open (everything empty, video activated, no effect) skin 60fps ..100fps video 32 fps (theorical >1100fps) system varying 15%..35%
- when all 8 video windows are open (1 or up to 8 video loaded, no effect) skin 60fps stable video 32 fps (theorical >1400fps) system varying 25%..30%
- THERE IS NO VIDEO ON FULL EXTRA WINDOWS (previews part of other window showing) until window was resized
- when all 8 video windows are playing (1 or up to 8 video loaded, no effect) skin 60/nb fps stable video 32 fps (theorical >100fps or >500 depending on ??) system <65%
- some drawing effect (same drawing define used) not present everywhere or rendering differently, some transparent areas visible, some drawings over transparent hidden

4 cores are used in a balanced way (no difference)
