no one needs to call you. just open Options, type in the word demo in the search box and turn off demo mode
after that - strongly recommend reading the manual and watching the tutorial videos

Actually you can't turn off shop demo mode from options, once you've enabled it - as that would defeat the object of having a demo mode.
If indeed that's what OP has done, there's a message on screen which explains this at the time. The settings.xml file needs deleting or editing to reset it.
Being here since 2012 and having no idea what logging in means - priceless.
