If you are outputting 2 decks, like in your screen above, you need to route back the audio from the external mixer to create a loopback. Click the + icon to add, or click mic/line in and change to record

And if you are not outputting to external mixer, your sound setup might be wrong. If its just speaker + headphones you need, VirtualDJ can record internally without a record loopback
