I am using VDJ8 with Pioneer DDJ-SX, and am having issues with the sidelist and automix. I have used Virtual DJ for many years with no issues. If I add a song to the sidelist, multiple songs appear in the sidelist, that I did not add. When I click on the automix button, the sidelist disappears. Any ideas?

The sidelist is remembered across sessions.
So when you start up VirtualDJ the sidelist has content you added earlier.
You can clear the content if you want.
When you select automix, by sidelist "disappearing" I guess you meant it changes view to Automix?
(as it should)
But maybe you meant something else, looks like you have had VDJ for a long time, and probably aware of the above
