Aside from the .cue file which is pretty sweet, I found an alternative way to get the track list to Mixcloud:
1. export as .csv from VDJ
2. open in a spreadsheet app such as Google or Excel
3. delete all the columns except for artist, title, time
4. export that to a .txt file
5. verify that all artist names are in quotes
6. copy and paste the .txt file to the tracklist area of the Mixcloud interface
DONE.
