So I’m using a Denon X1800 and it has a knob for each channel that controls my sweep fx’s.
I don’t really use the hardware sweep fx’s to much, so I’d like them to control my COLOR FX’s.
How would I map the knobs to control that please?

If i remember right this mixer operates entirely in hardware.
So while the crossfader etc moves in VirtualDJ, its all done in hardware.
So in theory you could map the sweep fx, but they would do sweep no matter what. And any color fx would be added on top if so

To map, simply start typing in sweep in the key field in VDJ mapper settings..
and them add the action : filter
But it would sound pretty terrible probably. Being a combination of hardware and software fx

Yup this is correct, none of the VDJ fx,s really work with this mixer.

A small add-on unit might be something to consider.

(although they are often more ideal for pads, less knobs. but some have)
