Is there a way to create a macro whose function is to send a message (midi/osc/...) ?
and to assign this macro to an action point ?
I think it could be a great way to trigger resolume

Yes. You create a "virtual" MIDI device and then you define MIDI messages as LEDs or BARs.
Then you use script language on your POIs to turn on/off those LEDs and thus send the corresponding messages to Resolume.
Of course you need to do MIDI mapping on Resolume as well.
