Hey All - New VDJ user
I ran into some trouble buying my licenses (read: my money is gone and i have no license) and wanted to open a support ticket but all my devices say this isn't possible (connection issue - even though everything else works and no outages are reported). Is anyone else running into this/ran into this and knows what to do?
