Hiya, I currently broadcast live on live365 using virtual on my laptop. I have that go into a Hercules starlight and that goes into a weymic 7 channel audio mixer. However when i broadcast live everyone can hear the music on channel one but cant hear my jingles on channel 3 and my xlr microphone on channel 5 despite the sound being right up any advice please

Assuming you're broadcasting directly from VirtualDJ, that audio signal is coming from the software mixer (controlled by the Hercules). If you're sending the output of the Hercules to a second mixer, the listeners won't hear the output of that second mixer.

You would need to connect an output of your mixer to a line input on your PC/laptop.
Then in VirtualDJ sound setup you would need to add a recording source, and specify your PC/laptop soundcard as the source device.

Of course, do not feed the output of the Hercules (master signal) into the Weymic and then feed the Weymic output back into VirtualDJ.
