Hello,
I am using an oldschool midi controller (Behringer BCR2000 - but should not really matter) as a secondary controller. I want to map buttons to activate effects etc, but of course those buttons do not know about decks. How do I for instance activate my backspin FX on deck 2? Probably it's simple.
Another related question: I want to map a rotary button to tune the pitch down (and I mean, pitch as in frequency, not BPM, i.e. pitch-shift). How do I do that?

If you look at the VDJScript page in the wiki, one of the first things mentioned is assigning script to act on a particular deck.

That would be the key. Again, in the wiki - key or key_smooth

Thanks - key_smooth is what I need. I could also use the Pitch Shift FX, but I prefer changing the key.
