This isn't really a Plugin-question but I'll answer it here instead of asking you to post in the Tech.support-forum or reading the FAQ or manual where it is also explained.
In the RECORD-window choose to record to a file of the typ Broadcast DLL and then you browse to find the dspsc.dll-file where you have Winamp installed.
PRESTO! It'll start the Shoutcast-plugin once the recording starts (=right away or when you press play depending on if Autostart Recording is enabled)
