Could VDJ please recommend one (or several) pcmcia (Cardbus) sound card to use in my laptop?
Other products (bpm studio) have a page with suitable cards, VDJ doesn't yet.
I have been trying to get good tips from users, but it hasn't worked.
What I need:
a pcmcia card with 2 'real' outputs: 1 for one channel on my external mixer, and 1 output for the other channel.
The card should NOT define that 1 output is for the headphones and the other for the P.A., because headphones work through the external mixer (PFL), this is independent of the sound card!!
One option could be the Indigo DJ card, but I hesitate exactly because it has a dedicated headphone-output.
Any tips for pcmcia sound cards are much appreciated!!

I advise you to use an usb sound card.
It's cheaper and very good quality.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm pretty sure about not using usb.
The price is not really a factor for me, and I want to avoid having to hook up extra external devices such as usb.
A pcmcia card would neatly go into the laptop itself.
Anyone else have suggestions?!
