disable any type of download accelerating software you have installed. Clear the browser cache, right click the file and save target as ...

I don't have any software like you described but I do use Cable “I don't know if that's relevant”.

No! Guys there are no use.
Even when I execute it on my desktop it runs like a note pad and no new effects in Atomix.

P.s I did do everything you told me, clearing my web caching and right clicking to Save As…

You can't "open" an effect. You have to save it to the atomixmp3 evvects folder, then access it with the effects page of Atomixmp3.

you should get (download) a .dll file and then save it in the effects folder
