When I try to open the software from either the desktop shortcut, or through the program location, one of those microsoft error messages is popping up saying the VDJ has encountered a problem and needs to close. Then it gives me the option of sending the error to micorsoft. I have reinstalled the 3.2 and the update, and it opened the first time after the install, but not since I updated it to 3.3.
Any ideas?
