What's up ya........I DJ all over Indianapolis and I am trying to figure out how to backspin out with the noise that it makes like an echo added to it to. It is hard to explain, but I listen to other DJ's with turntables do this but I am wondering how to do it with the Virtual DJ program?? Usually the DJ does it after they get done mixing a song and are about to fade out. They backspin, but when they backspin you can continuously hear the scratch of the needle like there is an echo put in it to. I am wondering how do you do that and what effect plugin do you need??

This can easily be do with tape echo (if your mixer supports this feature).
 
look in the effects section. i think there is one called 'echo out' cuts out the sound and the echo of the last sound gradualy decays out.

I wanna hear the needle in the echo too...........I am only getting the music echoing out
 
what are you on about you want to 'hear the needle' in it?
 
How to create echo effect!
Anybody has any hints?
