it's easy to add in virtual Dj :
a flac decoder
and wavepack decoder.
they are already compatible with nero et winamp and mediaplayer (with a directshow codec)
There are the best lossless codecs around here .

If media player can play these files on your pc via installed codec, you can create flac and (wavepack); extensions and assign these with "General windows media audio decoder"

I concur that this would be a handy addition, although perhaps not terribly high priority.
I have lots of FLAC files, but I usually convert them to either MP3 or ogg Vorbis.
Now that I've pretty much given up on BPM studio, I can also give up on MP3 :) BPM was the last thing that (still) didn't support ogg Vorbis.
