I find one thing that affects considerably the stability of systems using the U46DJ. The "CPU power state". This is related to power saving at processor level.
Mostly on mobiles, you will see in the BIOS menu, the option: "CPU power state", you have to choose "DISABLED" for this option, it will be less power efficient, but in return this will get your sound free of audio drops and pops and glitches (from 60 to 100%free as I saw in my tests on different systems)

In my bios setup, this is all i see, so which is it? IDE controller which is set to both, USB Legacy support which is enabled, Intel Speedster which is enabled, Embedded Controller Updated which is enabled, Hyper Threading Technology which is, Enabled, AUTO DIM which is set to Auto. Which one am i supposed to disable?

The param name is "CPU power state". In many bios you can set it to "Disable", "c2", or "c2 and c3)
Read your BIOS docs to see if any of them is referred to CPU power management.
By the way:
- USB Legacy support - NOT related (anyway, you can turn it off if you don't use them)
- Intel Speedster: I don't know, you can try do disable it and see what happens.
- Hyper Threading Technology - Not related but, in some system deactivating HT lead to benefits in some areas, you can try.
- Embedded Controller Updated - Not related
- AUTO DIM - This is supposed to reduce your LSD to 50% when operate with batteries, to save power. I guess is not related.
