Tema: Problems of VDJ4.1 and Hercules DJ Console MK2 [solved]

I'm using the MK2 with 2 different computers and it worked fine so far.
Firmware v1.3.12.6, Driver v3.2.0.0, DJ API v1.3.5.0, CPL v1.2.0.8 (latest package from Hercules.com)

Now I have downloaded the 4.1 Trial VDJ and the following problems occur:

1st scenario: driver of console is installed and I install VDJ 4.1 afterwards
when I start VDJ, an error message appears stating that there is an ASIO driver problem.
Music I put on players won't play. This continues to be the case no matter what soundcard (even the MK2 option) I choose in the options.

2nd scenario: VDJ 4.1 is installed and I install the console afterwards
when I start VDJ, an error message appears stating there is a directX problem (9.0c installed).
Music will play, the console works, but I can't get the headphones to work on either channel. Only on the "MIX" and "SPLIT" setting I hear both of them but of course only when the fader actually plays both of them anyways... basically I can't pre-listen. This also happens whatever soundcard I choose in the options.

Any suggestions? Please mail to KadeDLK@aol.com

for the TCV + mk2, here is the current solution:
set the latency to "auto" in v4.x
