I installed the 4.1 trial version and Im having some freezing problems with certain mp3's. The pattern is that they dont load in the -time frame- of the track, but if I hit play, they do play. The actual freezing comes when I try to go to a certain point in the time frame of the track, by clickin in the empty bar. So it looks like those mp3 have something different than others. I tried to find a difference in bitrate, encoder type, etc. and looks that the VBR (variable bitrate) is causing the problem. Is there any way around this? or do I have to convert all my VBR mp3's?

what settings on the soundconfig and proformance tabs do you have and whats ur spec ?
