I am really sorry to post this agian becuase I have tried to search and I found some things but I want a more solid answer. Does VDJ work better with a firewire or usb soundcard? this is with timecoded vinyl. I am using a maya 44 right now and I record music so I am looking at a few new soundcards. If firewire is better I will go with the m-audio firewire 410. If it doesn't matter I will go with the Emu 0404 external.
Those both work with tcv I think.

shouldnt make much difference with usb 2 now
its just as fast
choose your card on features u like not the conections if u can do both :)

Ok thanks a lot. I think that I will get the Emu 0404 becuase it comes with a lot of software and it is cheaper so sounds good to me. Thanks
