I burned the mp3 for the TCCD and hooked up my (crappy) american dj pro-scratch 1 to my computer through my toneport ux2. I am able to scratch and control the track, but I can't rewind the track manually via the scratch wheel. Well, i does jump back to the point that i rewind to, but it sounds like it is fast fowarding then it jumps back. Is there something I didn't do or could it be that my cd scratcher is just too crappy?

Sounds like you dont have 100% timecode quality in your timecode settings.
Check in VDJ, what prosentage it reads....
For fast rewind and scratch, VDJ needs 100% quality.
If you dont have it, its probably due to signal being too loud from those CD players into your soundcard.
Either lower the signal in at the soundcards control pannel, or if thats not possible, open the timecode mp3 in a wave editor (such as the free audacity), and lower the volume by -13db, then burn it to a new timecode cd
