You can make a shortcut on a keyboard or midi device to do that.

You can make shortcuts in settings, you will need player section and assign the play/stutter button for both decks.
Yes, I use MK2 with external hardware mixer and it has great sound but I don't use it at 24bit/96khz, just ordinary 16bit 44,1khz as you don't need more than that in a club.
