First , be sure to use the latest driver (2.HDJS.2010) for the Rmx

Since you also have the Pro version installed on your computer , it's possible you may have caused some issues by installing the LE version in the same folder (this could explain both error messages).
I would recommend doing a custom uninstallation of both version, using the Registry tool to clean out the registry, then reinstalling only the Pro version, which is compatible with the Rmx.

djgueroprimero,
If you see sound bars moving in VirtualDJ, then VirtualDJ is playing sound on your computer, and the reason why you don't get it are:
- either you have not connected the speakers on the proper audio output: you can choose to play sound on your DJ Console Rmx output as on your laptop built-in sound card, so check, with your speaker, if you have sound on another audio output than the audio output you expected
- or you have a too low output volume on your audio output, so check in your Windows mixer the speaker outpu level
- or, if you have a multi-channel audio output on your laptop, and you play sound on your laptop (instead of playing sound on your Rmx) then plugging the headphones has muted your speaker output (it is a very common feature of soud card to mute the speaker outputs when you plug the headphone in the output labelled heapdhones).

Hey folks,
I have a simple one here, but none the less, I have laptop with non powered USB ports, so I need a powered USB hub. I need to plug the RMX into the powered hub and then have to plug the hub into my laptop to play the files.
Any suggestions on a powered USB hub?
Thanks
DJ KBE

I am running off a Macbook Air and for the most part it runs fine for about 10-15 min., I then I loose control of the RMX contols, I have to operate everything from the computer. If I shut down VDJ 7 and reflash it will work fine again for about the same amout of time.. I thaught it might have been the power/ screen saver comming on, so I turned all that off and still nothing. I got a few more issues but this is my biggest.
Thanks
Thanks
