It would be interesting for people who don't want to create a plugin, to be enable to add actions to avoid creating a lot of key shortcuts
Use for example "+" between each action
We could create simple script with this idea

Well, according to Coyote DJ, it is possible to do it with the 2.06 but I think we could be improve that to make the software be easier.
You create, in respecting the order of you hope, all your actions with the same key shortcut (the key appears more than once in the list but don't worry)
I think we could suppress the repetition of the same key in the list by using my idea of "+" ( besides we could verify the whole code with that)

Useless to modify the xml file and the main window of key shortcuts. Only recognize in the new window, I have proposed to you, the shortcuts with the same key.

Something interesting too to improve Key Shortcuts Editor:
When you have many actions for the same key:if you could add a function like Sleep() during each action if we need to have a delay before starting a new action.
Note: if i use Sleep() in the plugin, VDJ freezes so be carefull
