Hey everybody - just bought a Hercules Rmx, and ran the demo version of VDJ that came with it for the controls.... however it does nothing but make errors in Vista. I have read that the demo version will not run the Herc on Vista.
Can any of you confirm this is my issue? And can you confirm before i go and buy 5.2.1 that it will run on my Vista laptop and run the Herc Rmx just fine? Want to confirm before I drop the coin - or - ill just go back to XP.

wherever you read that you have been misinformed the rmx runs perfectly well on vista, mind you may have to do a litttle tweaking before you are happy. there's loads of information here if you put a search in or read the posts, besides if you get stuck theres always someone about that can help in most circumstances.
just make sure you get the latest drivers for the rmx etc and use 5.2.1

The RMX comes with the DJC v5.2.1 version
If you want the Pro 5.2.1 version, then you have to purchase it separately.
