I have a laptop with windows XP sp3. I am trying to use timecode cds with 2 pioneers DVJ-1000s and an m-audio connectiv soundcard. I am getting 100% signal but it wont cue, it jumps around, the pitch does not move when I move it, and other problems. I don't have the latest drivers because the m-audio site is giving my problems. Do you guys have any suggestions for me?

make sure u select cd or vinyl in soundcard /timecode window..
also on torc soundcard try auto config for timecode and try adjusting the volume on soundcard all the way to the left etc...

I did select cd, I did turn the nobs, etc.... I am waiting to get the new drivers, as soon as they e-mail them to me, to see if that works.

Well, still having problems with downloading the drivers. Even when the guy tried to send me them. I need this one Conectiv_V32_5.10.00.5112v2.exe

Maybe something simple, but have you disabled master tempo on your DVJ? :)
