If you release the button without pressing any other button to engage a shortcut, then the pad section of the unit will switch to the side you pressed the MODE button on.1 MONO/STEREOToggles the sound between STEREO and MONO. The sound will change on BOTH the headphones and the Master output.2 CROSSFADERBlends the audio between left and right channels3 VOLUMEAdjusts the channel volume4 CUE Sets , triggers and previews the temporary CUESlows down the track temporarily while playing (Pitch Bend). If not playing, it will move the current playback position (needle)Decreases the Key of the track by one Semitone5 PLAY Plays/Pauses the trackSpeeds up the track temporarily while playing (Pitch Bend). Press the button a second time to set a loop-out point and start the loop. While in loop, press this button to exit the loop.Toggles on/off an automatic loop. The length of the auto loop (in beats) is visible in the VirtualDJ GUI.Halves the size of the current loop (if the track is looping) or the size of the auto loop.7 SYNCSyncs the track's tempo and phase with opposite deckPress once to change the track's key by up to 2 semitones in order to become compatible with the other deck. The default Color Effect is "Filter". You can choose different Color Effects from the VirtualDJ GUI.13 EQ LOWAdjusts the low (bass) frequencies, or the corresponding Stems according to the selected EQ Mode.14 EQ MIDAdjusts the middle (mid) frequencies, or the corresponding Stems according to the selected EQ Mode.15 EQ HIAdjusts the high (tremble) frequencies, or the corresponding Stems according to the selected EQ Mode.16 GAINAdjusts the pre-fader output level (Gain)17 Stems EQToggles the operation of the three EQ knobs between "Frequency" control and "Stems" control. When in "Frequency" mode, the button's led will be off, and the three knobs will control low, middle and high frequencies in a traditional 3 band equalizer manner. When in "Stems" mode, the button's led will be on, and the three knobs will control stem channels, depending on the selected EQ Mode. You can change the desired EQ Mode from VirtualDJ GUI.18 LOADLoads the selected track on browser to the deck. If the focus is on folders, switches the focus back on songs. Double click clones the tracks from the other deck.Switches left side between decks 1 & 3, and right side between decks 2 & 4.19 BROWSETurn: Scrolls through tracks and folders in VirtualDJ's browser. Push: Switches focus on folders, and opens/closes subfolders. If held down briefly, switches focus back to songs.Turn: Switches the selected sideview tab. Push: Switches focus between sideview and songs.Turn: Seeks through the track20 SPLITSplits the Pads to a dual view, so that Pads 1-4 are assigned to left deck, and Pads 5-8 are assigned to the right deck.21 Pads Performance RGB Pads .
