I've created some of my own beats before using very low-cost, juvenile, basic programs. I think I might have what to takes to reach an interest in a group of people, and might give Dj-ing a go. That is, if I 'have it' . . . I'm not an instrumentalist, and my theory is not very keen. Most of my music is done by ear, with slight consideration for fundamentals, but no real 'ground' . . .

I look for guidance, and possible feedback (positive, constructive feedback) To maybe see if I have what it takes. I believe I do, but then again it could be a bust.

I am a busy individual, so the learning process might be very slow for me, but then again--it might be worth it that way.
I could use advice, anywhere from what sort of products to look for- to- the musical terms-to- music and appearance, even.

Like I said, I have very eclectic taste, and I don't reject a lot of music. I like to mix different genres/styles and beats together to create my own style, so please don't use it as a reason to reject me.

I might be a noob, or newb-- I'm new at this, but I think if I mix the professional theory of what I learn with DJ theory and my style. It could reach the interest of some listeners, and thats what I want.
I want to perform at weddings, clubs, special events. etc. If I have a large library of music, along with my own style-- it could be a real success..
