Default "Free" license
- The default free or "Home" licenses give you the right to install the software on your private computer and use it for personal use only.- La licencia "Home Plus" le permite el uso de un controladorDJ especifico que se define en la compra solamente. No le da el derecho a usarlo de manera profesional (donde reciba dinero o cualquier compensación por esta actividad o por ser usado en un negocio), si este fuera el caso requiere una licencia "Pro".
Licencia "Pro" (Adicional a lo anterior)
- La licencia "Pro" le da la facultad de usar el software de manera personal o profesional.- Esta licencia es personal e intransferible. Una vez ligada a un usuario, usted no podrá vender o dar a alguien más. Puede ser usada ocasionalmente por un invitado, o puede ser usado por 1 usuario en 2 computadores*, pero no se autoriza ser usado en por 2 personas diferentes en 2 diferentes computadores al mismo tiempo.
- Usted no tiene permiso de rentar o vender computadores o sistemas en donde el software esté instalado, o rentar o vender el software tampoco.
- Una vez activado, el software no puede ser reembolsado, a menos que se encuentre defectuoso por el personal de soporte técnico de Atomix Productions.
- Las licencias compradas en línea para descarga inmediata a través de nuestro sitio web o a través de APPs, se consideran abiertas al momento de la compra, y no son reembolsables. Le permite usar cualquiera de los controladores DJ soportados y en cualquier combinación.
Acuerdo de Licenciamiento para el Usuario Final de VirtualDJ
Dando click en ACEPTAR usted acepta obligarse a seguir los términos de licenciamiento siguientes. Si usted NO ACEPTA, de click en CANCELAR y retire todas las copias de este software y no lo instale ni lo use.
1. USO PERMITIDO Y RESTRICCIONES DE USO
Usted está facultado con una licencia para:
- instalar el Software en un máximo de cuatro computadoras al mismo tiempo;
- ejecutar el software solamente en hasta 2 computadores a la vez, cuando estos estén en la misma ubicación física (uno al lado del otro) y operados por la misma persona.
Esta licencia NO le permite:
- rentar, arrendar, vender, prestar, distribuir, transferir, puiblicar, agregar en paquete o sublicenciar el Software y ninguna parte de el.
- rent, lease, sell, lend or distribute hardware on which the Software is installed, unless specifically authorized by Atomix Development.
- decompilar, hacer ingeniería inversa, desarmar. o cualquier otra acción que lleve a separar o tener el software o sus componentes a una forma interpretable para el humano.
- modificar el Software o crear trabajos derivados del mismo basados en el Softtware.
Usted NO tiene permitido usar el Software en una actividad de la que obtenga un pago o compensación (como ser remunerado como DJ en un club, boda, fiesta o evento, etc o ser utilizado en un negocio como Bar, Restaurante, etc) o ser usado en cualquier sitio comercial. Solo la Licencia "PRO" se permite para esos casos e incluso vale para uso personal. Esta licencia es personal e intransferible y, una vez usada, es ligada a un usuario y no puede ser transferida, arrendada, vendida o dada a otra persona.
2. PROPIEDAD
The license only gives you limited rights to USE the Software. Atomix Development FZE ("Atomix Development") and its suppliers retain all rights, titles and interests, including all copyrights, in and to the Software and all copies thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this EULA, including International Copyrights, are reserved by Atomix Development and its suppliers.The license is granted to a single unique person, and, once used, is linked to this person, and cannot be transferred, leased, sold, or given to another person.
3. INFRACCION DE DERECHOS DE AUTOR
La copia no autorizada, distribución, modificación, desplegar en público, o para presentrse en público de material con copyright, es una infracción a los propietarios de los derechos de propiedad intelecual. Usted acuerda con Atomix Productions como condición, que no usará el software para infringir la propiedad intelecual de otros de ningún modo.
4. GARANTIA
Atomix Development warrants that the media on which the Software is furnished, if any, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Atomix Development offers no warranty of performance, express or implied, with regard to the licensed software and all accompanying materials. Atomix Development further disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the licensed software and all accompanying materials.
5. SOLUCION AL CLIENTE
Your exclusive remedy under the above limited warranty shall be, at Atomix Development option, either a full refund of the purchase price or correction of the defective software or media. Notice is hereby given however, that absent any defects, there will be no refunds issued on activated software.
6. DESLINDE DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS
You assume responsibility for, among other things, (i) the selection of the Licensed Software to achieve your intended results, (ii) the acquisition of other software (including any programming or operating system software) and/or equipment compatible with the Licensed Software, and (iii) the installation, use and results obtained from the Licensed Software. Further, for the express purpose of limiting the liability against Atomix Development, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ATOMIX DEVELOPMENT SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF ATOMIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. PROVISIONES GENERALES
El software está protegido por las leyes de derecho de autor (copyright) en los Estados Unidos (EUA) y otros paises. Si alguna parte de este acuerdo se encuentra como inválido o no ejecutable, las demás términos permanecerán en efecto. Este acuerdo será gobernado por las leyes del estado de Delaware, USA.
