ThunderWave DJ · New touchscreen skins for VirtualDJ / Nuevos skins táctiles para VirtualDJ
Hi everyone! We’re LevelCode and we’ve been building ThunderWave DJ, a family of touchscreen skins for VirtualDJ designed for your fingers, not for a mouse: big buttons, high contrast and lights that follow VirtualDJ’s real state.Editions:
PRO: the full console. Touch STEMS per deck, a 4-band parametric EQ PRO, FX PAD and a deep sampler with a 1-2-3-4 beat guide.
PERFORMANCE: eight pads and six modes per deck (cues, slicer, loops, scratch, sampler, stems).
PRO 4 PERFORMANCE: four decks with performance pads on one screen.
VIDEO: DJ + VJ on a single screen, with video out to a projector or TV.
PRODUCER LIVE: a step sequencer that fires samples on top of every song, including your own WAVs.
MINI: for screens of 14 inches or less (Windows handhelds and tablets).
KIDS: a toy-like DJ desk for children, with a tutorial.
BASE: free.
Every edition comes in two styles, Classic and NEON, in 16:9 and 16:10, in English and Spanish. The optional EQ PRO and TOUCH plugins are for 64-bit Windows. TOUCH turns off the Windows touch gestures inside VirtualDJ to reduce input lag.
We’re getting ready to launch. Screenshots, videos and news are at dj.levelcode.co. Feedback, ideas and questions are very welcome in this thread!
