Ok, so everybody knows that the night before Thanksgiving is the biggest night of the year in the bar business. Anybody doing any really sweet gigs tonight? Or post tommorow about how your show went.

um.. biggest? have you ever worked a new years eve? or the 3rd of july in a area with military bases?
 
In all honesty Country, in most larger cities the night before Thanksgiving does better business than New Years Eve..
 
YES tonight is the biggest night of the year in this area, Far bigger than New Years. I charge double tonight. $$

(PS: The reason it's so big is because people know they are stuck with their family ALL DAY tommorow, including that crazy uncle)
 
i know teary.. i was just havin a minor jealous fit for a sec. our pre-turkey day was pretty decent and most of the clubs in the austin area got swamped from what i've heard so far.

Yes i just got added to a mobile dj unit cause they needed a last minute replacement last night. My name was passed along and a phone call made. I told them i used VDJ and they said wow so do we and i was hired
