No. You would need a soundcard.

I think I understand what you mean..
You mean.. without hearing the side that you want to play next? If that is so then
It can be pulled off.. I have see it used over and over again.. not sure you would call it mixing though..
Yes you can set your cues... you may need basically three cues on this one (just a suggestion)
Set your cues to start of downbeat...(chances are you may have 8 beats (before song comes in.... or 16...32 etc). Most songs may begin with a 8 beat count before song comes in...or in some cases 4 beats..... (for techno etc.. it may be much more 32... upwards etc.)
lets assume that an entire chorus is 8 beats this will give you an idea of how i count the beats
set cues at 4 beat intervals... cue 1 for start starting point of song... cue 2 for 5 beat (start of second beat set) and cue 3 for just before the singing occurs... NB// sometimes songs start on 4 beats (half chorus count)
so when the chorus starts you press cue 1..... at halfway chorus.. you should now be passing cue 2.. (no need to press here) the other song should begin at cue 3.. A fade over appropriately will give you a perfect mix... (you could also start fading after you have initiated cue 1 too)
cue 2 also gives you an advantage in case u missed out on chorus start.. you can initiate on 2 and still get it right when cue 3 comes up
In case you want to cut directly to the next song... cue three can be initiated as needed.... of course you can now pull up the song.. and start over using cue 1.
Disadvantages
1. you will not hear song you are lining up
2. you have to preset your cues for all songs (i listen and i still have my cues set) just another option to play around.. find start points etc...
3. your bpms must be accurate for songs... (may need to learn about cgbs here)
Most importantly you have to know your songs inside out so you know when to fade across.. cut across etc.
And yes.. you probably would be mixing......
