Depends on the age group obviously, but old cheesey stuff always seems to do the trick, Relight my Fire by Take That, S-Club7 Reach, and even going as far as YMCA.
Also agree on Robyn S, its got a fantastic opening beat, especially the remixes!

May sound corny, but recently the Cupid Shuffle will do it, no matter how many times it is played will always get them going again.

I have 2 that always get people up.
K-Klass - Let Me Show You Love
K-Klass - Let Me Show You Love
The Original Club Mix is a classic and has a intro about a minute long, I like to mix it in till the Piano riff breaks, bloody awesome, it gets people up every time.
Robin S - Show Me Luv (Stonebridge Club Mix)
Again, mix it till the vocal drops, it's abit cheesy but it's a classic, and gets people up.
