i wrote to vitual dj on dec 29th. about ripping dvd's. i said the dvd's were distorted and freezing up when i was ripping them. the responce i got back was, the program ripper was broken. i was told to go to the internet and seek other options. the sites that i was told to go to, are no longer available for the smartripper, dvd2x, or decrypter. i purchased a ripper on line , but that is not working out. it does not have the format for ripping in vob mode. is virtual dj pro going to repair their software that i purchased? or am i going to have a problem operating the program. what other solutions are there?
