The guy at guitar center told me it's just like Total Control and works the same.
Here's a link to the controller. http://www.numark.com/stealthcontrol
It certainly looks the same and feels the same, but Virtual DJ won't recognize it when I activate the Total Control controller in Config.
Should I just take this back and stick to the classic Total Control? Thanks..

It is intended as an upgrade of the TC for heavy use, I have had the pleasure of testing this unit and I like the way it feels.
To use this controller you must A: create a Midi map (takes 5 minutes) or B: own the software to download one.
Full native support (like the TC) will come in the next update free of charge to all registered users.

Thanks for the great reply...
I'm still a bit fresh with this, and didn't understand the mapping bit.
I've toyed with it a good bit though and it's coming along...
Though needless to say it did NOT take me 5 minutes... Haha :P
More like 30 minutes work in progress xD (Bit slow here : P )
I've got most of the stuff configured that I want though =]
Thanks again... !!

Out of curiosity, will it be shipped with at least LE version of the software too when its already fully native support on VDJ? Thinking of having it additional registered controller under my name.

This one ships with Traktor Le.
Its a very nice controler would be mad not to get it because of an icon :)

Sorry, this is not possible until native support for controller is added to VirtualDJ.
Native support may be added for this controller in the next version of VirtualDJ.
You can map the controller manually (Without LED's) via the General MIDI mapper (CONFIG -> Remote Control -> General MIDI), however this is only available in VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

Please let me know:
1.- When it's gonna be ready and available this new version?
2.- The mapping that you describe for registered users work for the leds too?
3.- Is possible to mapping leds in Virtual Dj software?
Thanks !

if you have time, you can create your map file, by autolearn function of VDJ 6.0 or above, and for the same key, you map also the LED variable of the key
i.e. : PLAY and
LED_PLAY [for activate the led]
don't forget another detail, for the led works, must be active the right function of the assigned key, otherwise, will doesn't work!!!!
Have fun!!!!!!

Please do not bump an old topic that is over 1 year old and no-longer relevant. The Stealth Control is natively supported and has been for some time now.
With a correct definition, the LED of the button will behave appropriately for the function assigned to it (E.g: PLAY LED will light when the song is playing.) There is no need to map the LED separately unless you want it to perform different behaviour to the default.
