ok before i go into it tayla gave me the heads up but still no joy.direct x up to date taylas clips thank you.ok here it is activate clipbank load clip all ok but just blank screen.window activated seems like it wants to load up but just no joy.working perfect on my mac with taylas clips so any thoughts

did you check in config > video that the vid box was ticked and your video card is set correctly...
