contact hercules for serial, is the only option... have you tried going to the hercules site to download new drivers?

This is why it is so important to register ur serial when u purchased the hardware/software. Didn't matter whether it is the console edition or the pro version. If u have already registered here, u can have ur serial back instantly!
Try to contact hercules regarding ur issue as tayla have mentioned. Hope you will get it solved;)
