hey guys just in from gig and problem is rmx controls stopped working ie jogs 1-6 ect.play cue and stop buttons hard to use.didnt get any crashes and was working oerfect last night with karaoke ect.any ideas thanks

yes last week and never had this before last night.even when i tried to hit play it would start and stop the params also was stuck in effects.im working again tinight and ill update

I have had a few issues with the console myself. I've had to restart the laptop a couple of times, but after doing so, I can play for hours (4-6 hours) without a so much as a hiccup.
I have the latest firmware and drivers, so its just a "PC" thing. I would suggest re-booting your PC and turning off everything you don't need, even though I tend to leave the Wifi running :)
