i just discovered that most of the time VDJ froze, it was because of my hard drive overheating and had nothing to do with the program... for the record, i was using a maxtor HD, im switching up asap!

Been using Maxtor drives for over 10 years and for me they have been by far the most reliable.

i cannot recomend enough the move to SATA 2.
i just got a Samsung F1 drive for my boot drive.
PC seems more responsive that with the previous drives...

been using a maxtor onetouch 4 mini n havent had any issues
reason i picked this one up is for its portability and n im familiar with the brand, but like i said so far no issues
