it goes from 100% to 30 and then it makes wierd noises the circle on the left looks good the other side looks good when on but if its off it looks like lilooks like green spray piant?

You have to check your needles. Unscrew the headshell and clean the contacts. When you screw back the headshell, make sure its firm. Also, place a good amount of weight on the needle. That could also mean that your needles are worn out or maybe you need a new time code. Flip the Timecode over
