I want to use VDJ to VJ music videos. There seems a wide selection on Itunes and VDJ plays them without a problem. Does anyone have any idea how they would scale on a projector. Also is there anything I need to need know about codecs to get the best performance. Regards, Chris.

Itunes videos work perfectly fine on LCD screeens, Projectors, or anything else - the files are formated to look good on ipods true - but if your video card is a good one, and your resolution is set correctly - they look and sound perfectly fine.

I use them all the time.

Although not all itunes videos are the same, some look as good as or better than DVD rips! Others look horrible.
 
I have an easy-to-follow solution about how to add MP4 to iTunes. With this Avdshare Video Converter, Best MP4 to iTunes Converter for Mac and Windows.
 
With a little bit of money up front, VJ Pro is half the iTunes price per video and way better quality. Plus you can get intro outro versions, etc for the same 1 song credit. I highly recommend you try them.
