I am using the trial version of VDJ and testing the karaoke function. I seem to be unable to select it. I don't get an 'Activate' button like the other plugins in the list. I get the video window for the lyrics. Is this because it's the trial version or something else?

I apologize up front if I don't have the approval to ask questions here since I haven't purchased the software yet. I am just trying to test the karaoke function to make sure it works for the environment I will be using it in. I don't mean any disrespect. Thank you for your time.

gary have you the latest versions of c++ and directx installed if not you need to, all plugins require these two elements for them to work, now what you can and can't use in the trial version i'm sorry just can't remember, but i would imagine you will have a limited use of the karaoke player, hope that helps...

As above, make sure you have the latest DirectX installed:
