Tópico: crash reports and no help from the team

Good morning folks. i posted a crash report sometime ago (over 2 weeks) and have had nothing back from the team!! I sent them an email and got my ref number for the case etc and nothing from that either!! What is going on here. As from what i can see with regards this situ, no technical help at all.
Information with regards this would be nice.

Hi

Don't feel to despondent. The team posted yesterday advising that they are going through the reports but they have been a little over whelmed since the release of 6.0.1. It was explained that many of the issues can take sometime to be worked out and that the next update will eradicate many of the glitches, please be patient as they do read and take note also the amount of reports they are receiving are that many that answering to each and everyone would take considerable time.
