is it possible to combine Ion Icue with a UC33E on vdj 5? Will it be easy to configure UC33E so that it works for the vdj sampler?

simple no.
The LE-Version is designd only for your controller.
Only with VDJ PRO it is possible to connect any MIDI Controller.

can i use both ion icue and UC33E at the same time using virtual dj 5 pro?
 
You can use both controllers using a licensed copy of Pro or CUE Full.

You can upgrade at a discount to VDJ pro on this website.
