I downloaded the skin but i don't know what to do next how do i use this new skin? its the multi instance skin to be specific. how to? thanks for the help

Just double click the skin to install automatically. If it's on zip just put it to the skin folder in your Numark Cue files.
Open your Cue then choose the skin of your choice in config page under skin subpage.
