I decided to DJ a wedding using VDJ (6.0.2) for the first time last night (left my HD-2500 as the backup). Ran for over 5 hours, flawlessly!

Another 2 1/2 hour gig and........ nothing to report :-)
Tayla, my occasional crashing issues seem to have gone away. Although, as well as installing 6.0.2, I have switched from the Vestax VCI-100 and NI AK1 Soundcard to now using the Hercules RMX, loving it. I feel its the best controller I've ever used, suits me fine.
I have recently started a new Saturday night gig that has a Wi-Fi connection. I am connected all night and have experimented with the Netsearch downloading tunes etc. Everything is going fine, no hiccups or anything.
Go on, install 6.0.2 and give it a go, you'll never know otherwise. :-)

Started @ 8pm and ended @ 5am. No probs at all. I think i had a slight search crash but my processor and memory kicked its ass. It lasted about half a min. Other than that shit was lovely.

i've just had a tower i just built running vdj for 72 hours using mixture of video, karaoke and music with plug ins a lot on auto play and did a lot manually and it ran without a problem

I'm sure your problem's were link to the VCI-100 in some way. It strange how you've changed controllers and everything seems fine now.

It could have been the sound card Jimmy. One of my guys uses an older laptop. He cannot use the DJ i/o with it. The DXM01usb and RMX work fine with his machine though.
