Hey guys! I've had some external drop out issues in the past with my Hercules RMX so I'm trying a powered usb hub. I've hooked it up, it shows connected in my tray, but VDJ is not responding to the RMX. Any ideas?

I would try un-installing and re-installing the RMX drivers. It might just need to find the new pathway for information processing.

You should always connect your RMX directly to one of the computer's USB terminals, everything else can connect to a powered USB hub. I do not recommend a non-powered hub at any time.
