I was wondering how easy it would be to control VDJ with a Behringer DDM4000 and Denon HC4500 midi controller.

Is it just a matter of merging the xml mappings for both controllers?
Is there any intereference or collashing commands that could occur?

If I understand correctly it is not audio that is mixed with the Behringer (like in a good old vintage mixer), but it is the levels of the faders that are controlled zithin VDJ?

Any feedback, thoughts or experience would be nicely appreciated.

Thanks.

on the Beringer DDM you can map the midi function to the faders and knobs on the mixer but only line for line i think.

Also you can use the line than only as a MIDI not for Audio Use!

Yes, you can use multiple MIDI controllers at the same time, providing each has its own separate MIDI interface. Most such as the Denon DN-HC4500 have their own built-in MIDI interface - You just plug them in via USB.
