Tema: Mixing videos with the Hercules Rmx

Im sorry if this is not the place to post this question if it is im sorry... Well this is my problem when i mix videos i get cracking sounds only when i do videos and i have tried every setting possible sfe mode and overclocked are not checked done everything i could think of. but i jsut found out what my problem is when i minimize the skin that i use all the crackling goes away is there a fix for this?

I would first suggest optimizing your system (i.e. disabling whatever is not needed), as explained in this document:

You can also use that cool little application called Game Booster (http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html)


Next, play around with the Rmx's ASIO buffer size until you find the right setting for your computer:

- Before launching VDJ, go to the Rmx Control Panel, and switch to ASIO audio mode.
- Set the ASIO buffer size to 480 (10 ms)
- Launch VDJ, use it for a while and see if this makes a difference. If not, raise or lower the buffer size and repeat until you find the right setting.
