Hi guys, wondering if you could help me out. I am considering which djing sofware to buy. Does the Virtual DJ Basic version plan songs that have been downloaded from itunes? I dont want to shell out on software and then not be able to use any of the songs i have bought.
Cheers guys..any help much appreciated!

If the song do ot have a DRM protection and are in a standard format like mp3 you can play them without problems. Please remember that buying DRM protected song will be a problem with the most DJ systems.
DRM protected song normaly can only played by players like Windows Media Player or iTunes Player.

In the UK, all itunes music and music videos are now DRM free. But if you've been using itunes for more than a few months then you've probably got some files that have DRM protection. In that case you'd have to convert them, or you can buy an upgrade from itunes for 20p per song.

For me,
Itunes music & videos both play directly with VDJ Pro.. (now that Itunes has removed its DRM protection).
